Science Made Simple

Science is hard. Understanding insulin resistance is hard. Figuring out what it all means for your own body is hard. This ongoing series is intended to take the science as related by the smarty-science-pantses (e.g. Robb Wolf, Gary Taubes, Kurt Harris, Mark Sisson, Whole9) and make it digestible for the smarty-in-other-areas-of-life-but-not-science-pantses (e.g. me).

Enjoy!

PS Drawing is harder than science. Anything good is due to Ed Emberley and his genius drawing books for children. Thank you Ed, wherever you are.
